Terms of service

Organisation subscriptions are licensed per active employee seat, on monthly or annual billing. Removing a module hides its operational screens while historical evidence is retained. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the paid period.

Phishing simulations may only be run against the subscribing organisation's own verified domains, with recorded authorisation for each campaign. A completion certificate confirms course completion, not a professional certification.

Individual memberships renew until cancelled; purchased courses and earned certificates remain available after cancellation.

Prices exclude applicable taxes. The full agreement is provided during commercial onboarding by Artan Consulting.
